Being "spiritual" has nothing to do with religion. It is a matter of selecting a personal path from among several belief systems, philosophies, or religions. For us, this is frequently a lonely walk. It's personal. Here are six indicators of spiritual confinement that push us to look beyond the soul's purpose for being here.
Indicators of Spiritual Confinement
1. Feeling alone in the world. We can tell when someone else feels as if they're going through life alone because we see them looking up at stars at night or sitting in a quiet room listening to music. They are trying to understand what it means to be human, where they fit in, and why they were born. This kind of introspection only makes sense when there is no one around to talk to. When we feel isolated, it is because we are confined within our own mind and body. To break free, we need others who are willing to help.
2. Feeling like you are supposed to be here but not able to explain why. We know we are meant to be somewhere else right now, but for some reason we are kept here. Perhaps it is to learn a valuable lesson, to meet certain people, or to experience something new. We cannot explain why we are born into certain circumstances yet still believe we are free to decide our own fate. This shows that we have confidence in our instincts enough to try and figure things out on our own, even if we don't always succeed.
Spirituality is defined as the ability to experience life by transcending bodily boundaries. The basic essence of a human being is such that one part of him has the instinct of self-preservation—constantly setting and preserving boundaries. He can never lose himself completely because he will still be aware of what is happening around him. Thus, spirituality is the ability to live in harmony with oneself and the world around us.
A spiritual process is one that leads us toward greater understanding of ourselves and our relationship to God or the Universe. It may involve reading religious texts, journals, or stories; participating in rituals or ceremonies; spending time in nature; meditating; praying; etc. The aim is to reach a state of enlightenment, bliss, or joy where one realizes that one is one with God.
All great religions have some form of spiritual practice or discipline. These include yoga for meditation, tai chi for health benefits, and Christian prayer. Spiritual practices help us to connect with our inner self and the universe at large. In this way, they help us to grow spiritually.

Focusing helps us deal with stress and anxiety by giving our mind and body a break from daily hassles and distractions. It also promotes creativity because the mind is free to imagine and discover new ideas when it isn't preoccupied with other tasks.
People who are spiritually focused believe that everything they do matters, both big and small. They understand that each action and inaction has an impact on themselves and others, and thus they try to make good decisions even when bad circumstances arise. These individuals know that nothing they do or don't do will ever be enough to save themselves or others from death, but they strive to follow what would make sense according to their beliefs and values anyway. They accept themselves as they are and don't worry about what others think of them.
"Spiritual Manifestation is the belief that by practicing regular meditation and thinking good, constructive thoughts, you can make your aspirations and wishes come true." Spiritual manifestation says that if you sincerely desire something and think it is feasible, it will come true. Think about how many things you have wished for that have actually came true. For example: You may have wanted to go back to school and get an advanced degree, but didn't think it was possible because schools don't give them out willy-nilly. However, if you seek advice and guidance from those who have done it before you, then you have taken the first step toward spiritual manifestation.
Manifestation doesn't just apply to big dreams, such as winning the lottery or having a movie made about your life story. It can be as simple as wanting to lose weight or grow taller. Whatever the case may be, spiritual manifestation believes that if you truly want something with all your heart, then you should know that it will be achieved.
So next time you were dreaming of going back to school or starting your own business, don't write these plans off as impossible. Seek advice from others who have done it before you, so you don't feel like a complete failure when the plan doesn't work out as expected.
