When they arrived, they found that five people had been shot dead inside their home. The police believe that this was not a random act of violence but instead that it was committed by one of the tenants at the Sway House who may have had an argument with another resident. After the murders, it was reported that some of the victims' organs were removed from the house.
Initially, only four people were suspected to be involved in the killings, but later it was discovered that one more person was also murdered at the scene - a five-year-old boy who was Richards' brother.
After the bodies of the five men had been transported to the coroner's office, their families were called and informed of their deaths. Later, the police announced that they had arrested two suspects in connection with the murders - one of whom has since been released without charge while the other remains in custody.
Los Angeles (California) Sway LA, located in a Los Angeles home, is the second content house that Fishman and Wilhelm have helped establish. Six of TalentX's 32 influencer clients were chosen to reside in the home and work on films for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat. The homeowners agreed to give up their regular apartment in exchange for living in the home full time.
The Sway House was designed by architect Eric Fischer and built in 18 months. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office, library, laundry room, kitchen, balcony, and patio. Inside the house are custom-made pieces of furniture by Ashley Furniture and Modern Mattress.
TalentX hired photographers and artists to capture the essence of a young Hollywood lifestyle with products that include clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories. The company also creates content for social media platforms like Instagram and Snapchat.
Fishman and Wilhelm worked with TalentX to find a way to get clients exclusive content while at the same time creating buzz around the company's other services. They came up with the idea of having the celebrities live in the Sway House and film videos there with its connected devices such as the voice-controlled speaker called Sway. The clients' videos will then be posted on their social media accounts for them to share with their fans.
