If you're thinking about reaching your goals, living your dreams, and what you can do to make them a reality, that's fantastic. You're well on your way. You should review your goals at least once a week whether or not you feel like it has been achieved. If you skip weeks or months without reviewing your goals, you may want to consider why you aren't focusing on improving your situation.

Some people like to write down their goals each day, but this isn't necessary. Once a week is enough to keep you focused on your priorities.

It is recommended that you review your goals in private so that you don't become discouraged by the facts that may come to light during your review. For example, if you realize that you cannot reach certain individuals through email because they don't reply, then you should call or meet with these people to discuss your concerns.

Not only does this ensure that you are working on improving your situation, but it also shows those people that you are serious about changing your life for the better.

In addition to physical activities, such as running or hiking, you can also set mental goals. Mental goals are essential for our well-being because they give us an opportunity to explore different aspects of ourselves. For example, if you want to learn new skills, think up innovative ways to generate income, or simply have some fun, create mental images or thoughts about what it would look like when you reach these goals. These images and thoughts will then trigger feelings in your brain that will help you take practical steps towards achieving them.

Intentionality is when you choose to do or not do something. If you choose to stay up late playing video games, then that is intentional. If you wake up late every morning before going to school, that is not intentional. Only do things that you intend to do. This will help you live a more balanced life by avoiding distractions that could lead to unwanted consequences.
