When we are born, this spirit is contained within the body of our mother during childbirth. The doctor removes it from her body in the form of blood and tears. He calls this spirit "life force" or "energy". It is important for us to keep this energy inside us because without it we would die.

So now you know that all people have a spirit that lives inside them and that this spirit causes them pain when they are injured or sick.

Is it normal to have no aim in life?

It's OK if you start making objectives. On this path, there are no errors; it is simply a learning experience. If you don't have objectives and end up failing, ask yourself if it's truly a failure. You only fail if you don't get to where you intended to go—but there is no failure if you don't have a goal in mind. Having no goal means you have no direction in your life and that's not good.

The first step on your path toward achievement is to identify what you want to achieve. This doesn't have to be something huge or overwhelming. Maybe you would like to learn how to cook some new recipes. Or maybe you would like to lose some weight after the New Year. The point is that there is something that you want to achieve and you're going to make efforts to reach it.

The more specific you can be with your goals, the better because then you will know exactly how far to go in order to meet them.

Finally, you need to keep track of your progress. This can be done by writing down your achievements or credits card style exercises. This way, you will always know how you are doing and whether or not you are meeting your objectives.

Is it OK to not achieve anything in life?

Have you saved someone's life? Improved the living conditions of people around you? Created a new invention that has transformed the way we do things today? If yes, then you are indeed successful even if you fail at other tasks set before you.

Thus, achievement is an important factor in determining one's quality of life.
