How to View a Twitter List Navigate to the Lists tab. 2: Select the list you want to view by clicking or tapping on it. 3. A timeline of tweets from the accounts on that list will appear.
A list is a well managed collection of Twitter accounts. You may build your own lists or subscribe to others' ones. When you see a list timeline, you will see a stream of tweets from only the accounts on that list. The Lists tab allows you to see which lists you are a member of. You can also search for lists on Twitter.
To remove oneself from a list, you must first block the list's originator. Then, they can't send messages to your account anymore, but they can join any existing conversations with other members. Blocks last for six months, then you have to unblock yourself before being able to re-subscribe.
In a web browser, look at public Twitter feeds. This may sound apparent, but you can access anything that anyone uploads to Twitter just by visiting their Twitter profile page (as long as their updates aren't set as "private").
You can also view tweets that others have sent from your account by clicking on the "Activity" link in the top-right corner of any Twitter page. From here, clicks on "All Activity" will show all messages from everyone who has ever tweeted with your account, while clicks on individual users will take you to that user's timeline.
Finally, you can download all of the data from your Twitter account and save it in a spreadsheet or database program such as Microsoft Excel or MySQL. This can help you analyze how people use Twitter over time or across multiple accounts.
Click on a certain tweet to discover more information about it: Twitter mobile applications (available for iPhone and Android): Tap the Tweet to get to the Tweet detail page, then tap View Tweet Activity: You can check how many times people watched and engaged with your tweet on the Tweet activity page, as well as how they interacted with it: photos, videos, links, etc.
To access the search box, type the person's name or username into the search box at the top of your twitter.com home timeline, or touch the Explore tab in your Twitter for iOS or Android app. Trending, news, sports, fun, entertainment, and other criteria will be used to refine your results. Click on one of these tweets to view it full-screen.
You can also follow anyone from within the Twitter client you're using by simply clicking on the user name. A window will pop up where you can read any recent tweets written by that person.
If you want to check out what kind of content another user follows, then click on the "Followers" link under their profile photo. This will take you to a page showing all the accounts they're following.
Finally, if you want to see every tweet ever posted by a particular user, click on the "All Time" link underneath their name. This will take you to an endless stream of tweets written by that person.
The more people follow you, the more opportunities you have to connect with others and grow your audience. So don't forget to follow back!
If you don't see anything in the profile's lists area, that suggests they haven't established or subscribed to any Twitter lists. You can also utilize this portion of their profile to see whether they belong to any public Twitter lists. Click on the name of any list they're part of to view its content - this might give you some indication of what topics are important to them.
