How much is LVAC membership?

If you join any of the LVAC Clubs for the first time, you must pay an initiation charge of around $99. Then it will cost $23 each month. If you decide to cancel your membership, you will be charged a cost based on the number of days you have worked out. For example, if you have signed up for one year but only use it for four months, we'll charge you only for those four months.

The cost of joining the LVAC Club depends on which one you choose. They are: LVAC Global, LVAC International and LVAC Australia.

Does Club Med have a membership fee?

Customers who purchase a Club Med package (stay only or stay and fly) must pay a membership fee. Adults and children aged 16 and up: $60. Children under the age of 16 pay $30. The membership cost is non-refundable. It may not be redeemed for cash, except at the resort where it can be applied toward another membership.

The membership fee covers all-inclusive daily rates at Club Med resorts around the world. This includes meals, drinks, entertainment, and more. There are no additional charges for room service or other amenities.

Package prices vary depending on the length of your stay and your choice of accommodations. They range from about $150 per night for a short weekend getaway to over $1,000 for a family of four who want to enjoy some time at one of Club Med's luxury resorts.

In addition to the daily rate, there is a charge for optional services such as spa treatments, outdoor activities, and local tours. These fees are not included in the price of your package but are indicated in the booking confirmation page that you will receive after making a reservation.

There are also weekly and monthly rates available. The weekly rate is about 50% less than the daily rate and requires a seven-day commitment.

What is Club Med's annual membership fee?

The fee covers all-inclusive daily rates at Club Med hotels and in-season resort transport. It does not cover extras such as food and beverage charges, spa treatments, activities outside of the hotel, or travel to out-of-season destinations.

The fee is valid for new members only. However, anyone who has a previous relationship with Club Med will be asked to pay an administrative fee of either $100 or 25% of their original membership fee (depending on how long they have been a member).

How much does an Air Evac Lifeteam membership cost?

Overview of Membership A Lifeteam membership (an AirMedCare Network affiliated provider) costs only $85 per year for your entire household (senior discounts are available). The AirMedCare Network provides coverage to approximately 3 million individuals. You are covered for emergency transportation by partnering providers in 38 states. There is no deductible or co-pay for eligible services.

What if I don't live in a participating state?

Lifeteam members receive discounted rates for out-of-state travel. In addition, there is no charge for any outpatient treatment provided by AirMedCare Network hospitals. If you require inpatient care or observation at a non-Network hospital, you will be charged for this service at the regular rate. However, if you use your membership card at these facilities they may offer reduced fees or even free admission depending on the hospital's policy.

Can I get a discount on my membership fee if I have Medicare?

Yes, anyone over 65 years old can join the program. They will need to provide proof of age such as a driver's license, passport, or birth certificate. Discounts vary based on age but can range from 10% - 20%.

What if I don't speak English well?

All members must speak English to qualify for a translation benefit. Members can request a language line-up when they enroll for their membership.
