The concealed photographs will be visible in the Archive area of your profile tab, which is located in the top-right corner. You may subsequently unhide or remove them if you change your mind. You may find it by going to your profile tab and looking for the opposite-directional "clock" indicator in the top-right corner. Click on this icon to view your hidden photos.

Hello, Brice. By modifying your settings, you may unhide posts from your friend's timeline. Hover over "Friends" (in their cover photo) and pick "Show in News Feed" from the selection. This will display all of your friend's posts on your feed.
According to Instagram, all you have to do is touch the new bookmark icon that appears under posts in your feed (see the example below), and those photographs will be saved to a private new tab on your profile. And, certainly, the images you save are viewable just to you. That's all there is to it.
How to Hide Instagram Photos Without Deleting Them: Launch Instagram. Navigate to Profile. Tap on the photo you wish to hide to hide it. Select the three-dot menu. Select Archive. The photo will be hidden, but it won't be deleted.
