If you want to send an image to only one person, there are a few steps you may take to ensure it only reaches to one buddy. In the "Search" box at the top of your Facebook page, type the person's name. A drop-down option with your friend's name will display. Select your friend's name by clicking on it. This will bring up that individual's wall. On the left side of the screen, you should now see a menu item called "Photo". Click on this to open up a gallery of images. Your photo should be displayed here. If it is not, click on the "Upload" button next to "Photos" on the left side of the screen.
Your photo has been sent to one person only because you have chosen this person specifically in your email or online message. So, only they will be able to view it.
Send a message to your buddy in response to the photo. You may also leave the message area unfilled. Click the "paper clip" symbol to the right of your message. Choose a photo from your computer and save it as a file to email to a friend.
Log in to your Facebook account using your email username and password. Click the "Photos" link underneath your Facebook profile picture on your profile page. Click on the album that contains the photos you want to email to your friends. Click through the pictures until you find one you want to send to someone else who is not on Facebook. All you have to do is click the share button and send it to a buddy who already has a Facebook account. They will then be able to see what you are up to.
Your friend can view your screenshot by going to your profile page and clicking on the photo in the top-right corner of the screen. You will then see an option to view the screenshot under the More section of your profile page.
Capturing and sharing screenshots was made easy with the launch of Facebook's new feature called "Screenshot Sharing". Using this feature, you can easily capture and share small images with friends. To start with, the new feature is available only to users in the US but it might soon get launched in other countries as well.
Before you ask, no there is no way to take a screenshot of the desktop version of Facebook and upload it. However, if you use a different browser from your friend, they might be able to see the image thanks to web standards.
