How can I upload images or videos to a Facebook event?
To share a large number of photographs to Facebook, make a photo album, add several photos to that album, and then publish the album cover image in the status update. When a friend clicks on the album link, they are directed to the photographs. As though you were about to write an update, navigate to the status update box. Here you can type a brief description of what you're sharing with your friends.
For example, if you have an album called "My Favorite Photos," you could publish an update saying "Looking back at these memories makes me happy." The album link would be included as part of the message, so when your friend clicks on it, they will see the album cover and be directed to its first photograph.
They won't be able to view any other images in the album until you click on the "Next" button next to the last photograph in the album. This directs you back to the main Facebook page where you can add more photographs or change details about the album such as its title and description. When you're ready to finish the update, click on the "Post" button at the top left-hand corner of the screen.
This process should help you post more than 40 photographs on Facebook.
After you log in to Facebook, click on your name to view your timeline, and then select "Photographs" to access your photos and albums. Click "Images of You" to see photos in which you have been tagged. Tagged photos will have a blue tag with white writing indicating who posted the photo.

You can also specify that certain people or groups of people should be able to see only their own photos by setting up custom views for them.
