After uploading a photo or video to Instagram Stories, begin by pressing the sticker button. Choose a new question sticker and then enter your prompt. You may, for example, write, "Waiting for the bus... ask me questions!" Once you've written your prompt, post it somewhere and use it in your tale.
Your followers will be able to access the Q&A sticker through their mobile phones' notifications screens. They can click on it to read your story and ask you questions. If they want to, they can also tap "start a conversation" under the prompt you wrote earlier. This function is only available on iOS devices at this time. On Android, users can long-press the sticker to start talking with others.
Users will be able to ask you up to three questions per story. After that, the next question will display above the keyboard. You can also respond to previous questions by simply typing answers into the box that appears. When you're done, press the camera icon again to upload your story to your feed.
Instagram says this feature is currently available in multiple languages including English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Indonesian, Italian, Russian, and Arabic. More languages are expected to be added in the future.

Swiping up from the bottom of your screen or pressing the message box allows you to quickly respond to an Instagram story. You have the option of typing a message, sending a GIF, or using a fast reply, which allows you to respond to the news with a pre-selected emoji.
