Select the "X" button to the right of the friend's post or update. Choose "Hide All From" from the pull-down menu. This friend's posts and updates will now be hidden. They can't see your status updates, photos, videos, pages, events, or groups.
Look for the option to "Limit prior posts" in the "Your activity" area, which will convert all "public" and "friends of friends" postings to "Friends" only. If you choose this option, there is no way to return to the previous state in a single action. You will have to edit your profile again and select a different option.

How to Make Yourself Invisible on Facebook
To find out who can discover your profile by name, email address, and/or phone number, use the drop-down menus next to each applicable question. Select the "Friends" option to prevent outsiders and those who aren't already on your friend list from discovering you.
Once you've done this, your information will not be searchable via Facebook's features. However, if you want to ensure that no one can find you online, you should consider using a private browser like Tor or Brave. These browsers are useful because they allow you to visit websites that normal browsers refuse to load due to privacy concerns. For example, if you're a journalist working on a story about Facebook, it would be best not to have your presence discovered by anyone except your friends.
Private browsing modes in other popular browsers like Chrome and Explorer don't block tracking tools used by advertisers. If you want to completely hide yourself from view on Facebook, we recommend using a private browser like Tor.
There are two ways to do things: the official method and the unofficial way. Select a previous year on your Facebook Timeline and then click on the number of friends you linked with that year in the Friends box. Select "Made New Friends" from the list. Anyone with an Add Friend button next to their name has either unfriended you or you have unfriended them.
In addition, you can search for people by name. Click Search at the top of any Facebook page. Type the first few letters of a person's name and then click Search. The results will show anyone who has ever been your friend on Facebook. You can also click See All to view everyone who is missing from your life but still exists on Facebook.
Curious about those friends or strangers you lost contact with? Click View History under the Activity Log heading. This display shows every action you've taken on Facebook over time including deleting accounts, blocked numbers, banned words, and more.
Finally, if you have a secret crush on someone and don't want to tell anyone, you can secretly unfriend them. In the same way as making new friends, clicking on the Years menu and selecting Previous Year will take you to the profile page for this person. Now click on the Number of Friends button to see how many friends they had last year. This means that if they haven't updated their status since last year, you can be sure there were no secrets back then!
