Navigate to Insights >> Posts >> When Your Fans Are Available. You'll be able to monitor which days and hours your fans are most active. Take note of these, and then utilize this knowledge to plan your Facebook posts during those specific times. To accomplish this, go to your page and write your article as usual. Then, next to the "Publish" button, click the arrow. This will pop up a menu with different options for how you want to distribute your post. They won't see it on your timeline until they log into their accounts from this dialog box.
Facebook lets you do that with its option to promote your page. You can do this by clicking the "Promote" option in the sidebar. It is important that you have all your information up and have blog posts already posted on your fan page, so once Facebook promotes your page, your visitors have something to actually interact with.
You can also send messages to your fans' inboxes. These messages will be visible only to those who have signed up to receive them. This is useful for telling fans about new products or services that you are offering.
Finally, you can pay to promote specific actions on your page. For example, you could pay to have a video played on your page's timeline. Or, you could choose to offer a prize to people who like your page. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination!

The Publishing Tools tool allows you to generate Facebook updates that will be published instantly, schedule posts that will be published later, and draft posts that will be kept for later. Go to the Published Posts area and select the Create button at the top right to post a status, photo, video, offer, event, or milestone straight away. To edit an existing post, click on its headline. This will take you to the post itself where you can change the message, photos, or videos that go along with it. When you're done making changes, click Save to publish them immediately or Schedule for future publication.
You can also use the Editor to write new posts or edit existing ones. These posts are then ranked according to their importance and they get distributed accordingly. Importantly, these posts can include links back to your website so readers can learn more about what you have to offer.
Finally, you can use the Drafts area to save posts that you want to create later. They remain here until you delete them.
