Yes, Natalia Kills has an Instagram account that she occasionally updates. The most recent post was made on March 20, 2016.
The account is primarily used to share photos of Kills with her fans but does sometimes release promotional material or artwork from her future projects. She has over 730,000 followers on the platform.
Kills's official website states that she uses the social networking site Twitter, but the only account that appears to be affiliated with Kills is Teddy Sinclair's. There are no indications that any work-related accounts exist, so it can be assumed that all communication regarding Natalia Kills's activities occurs through this account.
In addition to sharing photos, Kills also posts short messages called "tweets" on her Instagram account. These can be anything from news about herself to announcements about future projects to requests for fan art. Some examples: "Draw me a killer panda", "I'm doing a book tour next year - go see some bands [and] buy some books", "Need help with my music video? I hear you know how to dance".
Irvine, Joe Natalia Kills, as Teddy Sinclair, discusses the X-Factor and her musical return on Facebook. Kills and Moon came under fire in 2015 after being accused of harassing X Factor participant Joe Irvine. Willy Moon watches as his wife, Natalia Kills, makes scandalous statements on The X Factor. Kills has not commented on the allegations.
In videos posted on Instagram and Twitter, Kills can be seen calling out Joe Irvine by name while he performs on stage during the X Factor auditions in London. She also calls him a "fucking idiot" for posting a video of himself singing on YouTube instead of withdrawing from the show like everyone else did. Kills later apologized for her behavior via Twitter but has not commented further on the matter.
As far as we know, no charges were filed against Kills or Moon after the incident with Irvine. However, it's still controversial behavior for a celebrity to harass another person online. There are various laws that protect people from bullying behavior, such as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) and the Stalking Reform Act of 2004. Under these laws, sending threatening messages or making harassing phone calls would be considered cyberbullying and would be illegal if they were sent using social media platforms like Instagram or Twitter.
It's also important to note that many celebrities have been known to send threats to others to get attention. In some cases, they may even carry them out.
