You may cancel your membership by informing RCI in writing or by phone. If you wish to cancel by letter, send a signed and dated written statement of cancellation to RCI at the address listed below. Your cancellation will be effective upon receipt of this statement.
If you sent your cancellation through our online form, it will not be processed until after your current billing period has ended. To prevent being charged for another month's worth of services, please do not submit your cancellation through our online form.
Please note that if you cancel before your current membership expires, there is no charge for doing so. If you cancel after your current membership expires, there is a $10 cancellation fee.

To terminate your subscription, go to your account management page and click the "Cancel membership" button. Your subscription will be canceled immediately and you will no longer receive an annual subscription fee.

To discontinue your subscription, please call customer service at 877-697-8222 at any time. Your membership will be canceled within thirty (30) days, and any tokens and incentives will expire and become worthless on the date of termination, subject only to any notice required by law.
To cancel a recurring membership, please go to the Manage Account page and sign in. Cancelled memberships will remain active for the duration of the package purchased. You cannot cancel a single-use membership.
From there, select "Membership." 3: Select "Cancel my subscription" on the membership page. If you cancel, the website will be charged for the remaining months of your subscription.
Within 15 days, you should be able to cancel it. Go to Myaccount, then click My Membership, and you'll see a cancel option. Is there a hidden option? Contact CC and request that they cancel... They will do it right away. This morning, my subscription was automatically renewed. No action was taken by me, but it still happened. If you look at the date joined, it says 11/16/2009. That's when my subscription started. It doesn't say anything about being able to cancel before then though.
Click on the Menu icon at the top left of the page. Then scroll down and click on Account or Phone. On the Account page that comes up, click on Manage Subscriptions. You should see your current subscriptions listed here. If yours is not shown, try clicking on the Back button on your browser until we are back at the Account page. Now click on Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page. Follow the instructions.
